“ GREAT breakfast spot! Service: Staff were really attentive and kind. Daniel was our waiter who gave us amazing service, refilling my husband's coffee and was overall very kind. Food: HUGE menu with a variety of options and filling portion sizes. Highly recommend the sweet cream pancakes regardless of what you order. They were hands down the best pancakes I've ever had. Overall great spot and very family friendly! ”
“ Easy access from freeway. I come from Livermore to meet my mom in Tracy. She lives in Mountain House so she likes the ease of parking. Basic coffee shop atmosphere, busy bodies everywhere. Average food but BIG menu and BIG servings so there is something for everyone. It's generally busy at breakfast and has a waiting area. ”

“ We went for lunch for my daughter's 12th birthday. The manager on shift was paying close attention to his floor and had the staff sing her happy birthday! He also saw that our food did not come out together in a timely manor and took care of us! He even gave my little girl a cheesecake for her special day. Nestor thank you for making my daughter's day so special! As someone who's been in the industry for 16 years, you brought tears to my eyes. How kind and spectacular you are! ”
“ If your ever been to a black bear, you already know what to expect. Huge amount of food, rustic styled decor and staff that is pretty hood across all locations. Think I've had one issue with staff at a black bear in the past 20 years. Stopped by today because it just felt like the right place to go. Ordered the special rib eye and eggs, my rib eye came out slightly over cooked for my taste, however it was seasoned really well, and was still good enough that I passed on having it remade. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Black Bear is one of the go tos when I'm absolutely starving or if I need to feed a bunch of really hungry kids. Prices are very reasonable and food quality is pretty darn consistent between locations. Overall a good experience ”

“ This restaurant is very busy,parking is always full,we got seated right away because the staff are very efficient,food is ok and generous in serving,the strawberry lemonade is waterdown and they replace it right away. ”
